I dunno, aren't all these chains basically interchangeable at this point? Like doesn't one or two corporations own all of these and their food consists of the same junk, but with different magical sauce packs they reheat in the microwave? I just know that most fast food is better in terms of quality compared to these restaurants and is a hell of a lot cheaper as sad as that is.

What kills my enthusiasm for fast food anymore is that it's not even cheap. There's no such thing as a dollar menu, what the hell. Cut the beef patty with some more shredded cardboard, it's not hard!

Still it's like these mega chain's prices have gone up as well so it balances out? I cannot justify spending $20 at a dump like Olive Garden when I can go to a high end Italian restaurant and get a higher quality dish for the same price. Yeah sure, they've got their unlimited gimmicks, but their food is just too bad to feel justified and satisfied.

What about the 29 cent burgers or 39 cent cheeseburgers from McDonalds? Now THOSE were the days.

A Filet-o-Fish from McDonalds is literally $4.50 here.

I have no idea who the fuck would eat there, but somehow they stay in business.

$4.50 gets me two giant jalapeno con queso pupusas with curtido and salsa from the local pupuseria

Edit: this is how
